Company Philosophy

The philosophy of Fine Step Business Development, LLC is a back-to-the-basics of business approach - assist organizations in accomplishing a specific goal or result in the most efficient way possible.

Each project's methodology is simple, organized, and professional while adding some level of excitement to the client's experience, but in the end, building accountability, responsibility, possibility and sustainability into the approach and implementation. The company focus is to add value to the bottom-line.

Owner

Ms. Elizabeth Arledge has over 16 years of management and leadership experience and assists clients in planning, project management, assessments, facilitation, and organizational efficiency. Her current projects have included strategic planning, training and leadership development, and tabletop exerices for bioterrorism preparedness. Recently, she was asked to participate as a member of a statewide, multiagency strategic planning group to address, prioritize and operationalize environmental health and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive capabilities in the State of Florida.

Ms. Arledge is a United States Air Force Reserve officer and having both active duty and reserve experience, she has been exposed to many different and challenging components of leadership and organizational management including project management, strategic planning, execution, business process improvement, policy and procedure development, training, mentoring, and performance review and feedback. In addition to management, she has spent numerous years involved in aircraft maintenance, logistics support, operational security, anti-terrorism, weapons of mass destruction and other areas of disaster preparedness.

At present, Ms. Arledge is working as a consultant in the public and private sector. She is currently a Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve on staff at 22nd Air Force at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.

Ms. Arledge volunteers her time as President of the North Florida Paso Fino Horse Association as well as a member of the Paso Fino Horse Association Communications Committee and the Computer Committee.
