• Member of statewide, multiagency strategic planning group to address, prioritize and operationalize environmental health and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive capabilities in the State of Florida



• Project Manager for Intentional Water Contamination Tabletop Exercises: Florida Department of Health, Division of Environmental Health, Food and Waterborne Disease Program contracted for seven water contamination table top exercises following HSEEP guidelines. The exercises are being held in each Regional Domestic Security Task Force region around the state



• Consultant with Evergreen Solutions LLC on the State of Florida, Department of Management Services, Five Year Human Resources Strategic Plan: conducted interviews with State of Florida agency heads, researched and wrote chapters on current trends in training development and future trends in human resources. Developed recommendations, supporting narrative, cost benefit analysis, and action plans for the training and development section. Attended Steering Committee Meetings with key human resources personnel



• As the Food and Waterborne Disease Bioterrorism Preparedness Coordinator: Planned and coordinated activities to prepare the State of Florida for potential food and waterborne disease terrorist/emergency activities



• Consultant (design and implementation) on a successful campaign plan for a non-profit association member’s bid for office - a key responsibility was strategic implementation.



• Coordinated logistics and manpower for the Global Asset Pre-positioning munitions movement in Guam in conjunction with the US Navy



• Developed ammunition import clearance procedures for munitions into northern Iraq



• Researched, developed, and presented the Master Authorization List for aircraft parts to enter Turkey to the Turkish General Staff. Approval was required to keep USAF units operating in country during the operation

• Project member with Evergreen Solutions, LLC on a business modeling project for a Florida statewide professional association: conducted all outreach activities including focus groups and personnel interviews, researched latest business trends in non-profit sector, developed a strategic assessment of the association’s current situation, and developed recommendations for the final report



• Consultant on numerous salary studies and compensation and classification studies with Evergreen Solutions, LLC

Communication/Facilitation

• Conducted numerous focus groups and interviews with State agency personnel and county government personnel as a sub-contractor for local management consulting firms



• Worked as a primary proposal writer in the areas of state and local government, educational information technology, disparity, and human resources for a national consulting firm



• Briefed high-level military officers on issues ranging from Turkish customs to the capabilities of Special Operations aircraft to nuclear weapons maintenance. These briefings involved research, writing, presentation, and delivery.



• Authored numerous point papers and talking papers on military operations and issues, chapters of various military unit support plans, and rewrites of deployment packages
